Hot Blueberry SauceIngredients: 3 ¼ cups blueberries ¼ cup sugar 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar Vanilla ice cream or warm chocolate cake, to serve In a nonmetallic bowl, combine the blueberries, sugar, and balsamic vinegar. Allow to marinate for 30 minutes. Place the berry mixture in a saucepan with 2 tablespoons water and stir over low heat for 4-5 minutes or until sugar dissolves.
