Mango Salsa


  • 1 small mango
  • 1 green chili
  • 2 tablespoons finely diced red onion
  • 2 tablespoons roughly chopped cilantro leaves
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice


Peel the mango and finely dice the flesh.  Remove the seeds from the chili and finely chop the flesh.

Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl.  Season with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper and serve as an accompaniment to a main course.
